We had a very nice stay during our long weekend.

Everything was excellent, including super-friendly and exceptionally pleasant staff. The breakfast was large with the beautiful views of Marrakesh, with lots of food.

the riad was an amazing find in marrakesh. the staff went above and beyond with their hospitality. the rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of dishes and drinks. we can't wait to visit again.

Late check-out option would be nice.

The place was unique and nice and the staff were ATTENTIVE, the location was easy directly on the side of the dining area. The room we booked was romantic and airy with cleaned tidied, great air con, as for instance. Location: the hotel was really close to the first night's restaurant, the Medina, the room, breakfast, staff, all amazing and such friendly people, especially Abdul, and the famous 'Jemaa el-Fnaa' square. The service was individual, nothing too much trouble.

The staff exceeded expectations, extremely helpful and welcoming. Room was cleaned daily with attention to detail. Breakfast on the terrace was delightful with fresh roses daily. The hospitality and service were top-notch. Undiscovered gem with lovely clean rooms and amazing amenities. Attention to detail in chic interiors was impressive. Onsite spa with chic decor offered fantastic treatments.

the hotel had sensational breakfasts with a slight variation and fresh fruit juice, as for instance. the location was peaceful, relatively close to almoravid koubba.

Would recommend it to anyone, our entire stay was amazing. It is a well-run and incredibly beautiful property located in Medina district close enough to the square and new part of Marrakesh, the friendly nature and Morocco...

My partner and I stayed at Riad Sapphire for a week and it was brilliant! Abdo and the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was great, and the housekeeping was top-notch. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Medina and taxi rank. I would definitely choose Riad Sapphire if I visit again.

I recently stayed at Riad Sapphire and Spa for a weekend getaway. The staff, especially Driss and Abdo, were exceptional. They provided great recommendations for places to visit and arrange taxis and trips. The food at the Sapphire was superb, especially the delicious Tagine and chocolate cake. The decor was lovely, and the location was convenient. the staff made our holiday stress-free, and the breakfast was amazing with a variety of dishes every morning. We can't wait to return!

Our stay was amazing! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was tasty. The room was comfortable and stylish with beautiful attention to detail, including rose petals and towel folds. We enjoyed the massage and hammam rooms, and loved relaxing on the roof terrace. The location was perfect, in a nice neighbourhood close to the centre of the Medina but tucked away in the maze of the medina. We loved the authentic Moroccan tea and appreciated the staff's helpful advice throughout our stay.

The lack of a mattress topper, which would have made the bed even more comfortable.

We really got our money's worth at Riad Sapphire & Spa. The room had a charming shabby chic look, although the air con didn't work. The location was perfect, tucked away in a side street but still within a short walk to the main square. The staff treated us like royalty, they were helpful, smiley, and even showed us around the area until we felt comfortable exploring on our own.

Menu for breakfast could use a bit more variety, maybe adding a few more options would make it even better.

I loved this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were great, including a delicious breakfast served directly on the side of the dining area. It was also conveniently located close to the center of the Medina, but tucked away on a small alley where the cars can't enter, providing a peaceful and serene environment close to a mosque.

Enjoyed 3 days over Easter with great service, airport transfer, and delicious breakfast. the property was beautifully maintained and had a lovely courtyard. the area was authentic and safe. We got to explore the souks and had many dining options without any problems.

Some parts of the area could be intimidating, especially for solo travelers. the mosque next door woke us up early some mornings.
